It is the policy of Mazall, Inc. to prohibit the use of our business or services for money laundering or terrorist financing.

Mazall, Inc. is an active member of the Jeweler’s Vigilance Committee (JVC) which provides legal education & compliance guidance to the jewelry industry.

Mazall, Inc. AML Program and Policy has been developed in conformance with the requirements of rules promulgated by the U.S. Department of Treasury, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, 31 CFR Chapter X, Part 1027, under the Bank Secrecy Act as amended by the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 (Pub.L.107-56) and is based on Mazall, Inc.’s assessment of the money laundering and terrorist financing risks associated with transactions hosted on the Mazall platform, pertaining to covered goods.

All Mazall, Inc. employees complete a full AML Risk Assessment and AML Training as well as follow its Employee AML Training Manuals which are updated from time-to-time for all ongoing compliance training.

The JVC currently handles all Mazall, Inc. yearly AML testing and updates to its AML Program and Policy to remain compliant year after year.
